Past Projects
- Commissioned by the Healthy Schools Co-ordinator of Ealing Education Authority to deliver week long whole school projects to 19 primary schools over a 3 year period.
- Worked with the Brent Inclusions Team to re-integrate excluded young people, and prevent exclusions from primary school. Supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and the Brent Children's Fund.
- Devised and facilitated International Children's Day at London City Hall in November 2006, a collaborative event for young people and policy makers to creatively express their views and ideas on making London safer, more diverse and more environmentally efficient. - Delivered 'Professional Development Days' in partnership with Education Business Partnership Managers in many London boroughs.
- Presented Equal Voice at Mental Health, Young Minds, Interventionist Theatre and ITC Working in Schools Conference, demonstrating the practical application of Equal Voice techniques to teachers, students and other practitioners.
- Through our 'Bridging the Gaps' programme, funded by Calouste Gulbenkian, provided training & networking for specific staff in 6 pupil referral units in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hammersmith & Newham.
- Devised & filmed an anti-bulling resource with Year 7 at Hendon School Barnet.
- Devised & filmed a video with pupils at Bromley Hall PRU showing situations which happen at the unit, & the pupils' experiences of exclusion.
